Valéry Blanc

Senior information systems consultant.
Product Owner, project manager, solution architect.
Twenty years and counting, building things that last.

Over twenty years of technical and functional experience, covering the full lifecycle of applications and complex projects, from code to enterprise architecture.

My background combines solid technical expertise (development, architecture, DevOps) with management responsibilities: product ownership, project leadership, contract management. This dual culture lets me bridge the gap between business and engineering teams, and make well-informed arbitration decisions on value, risk and technical debt.

I have led deployments in more than eighty countries, sometimes in extreme contexts: conflict zones, access restrictions, low-bandwidth networks. I have managed distributed teams across several countries, and run up to eleven projects simultaneously in humanitarian, public-sector and private environments.
